This week's App Of The Week is called Pocket Mine 2. I previously wrote about the original Pocket Mine, and they have since come out with a sequel.

The main concept of the actual game part is the same. Use your pick axe to dig through the various surfaces and find treasure.
However, the rest of the app has changed. The turned it more into a saga type game where you could travel from island to island on this vast adventure.
You can unlock treasure chests like before, combine cards, etc. In this version you can create a special character with special pieces of clothing or accessories that contribute certain power ups.
Overall, I kind of like the original better, although it does have some interesting changes.
