We wanted to work on Video Games next. But first, let me say that there are a lot of video games out there. Every type and variety, and I am sure we will miss some a long the way. Also since some games and systems are obsolete and "current" can be a relative term, we went with 2005 and newer, and as many as we can find.

Captain Toad Treasure Tracker
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is an upcoming puzzle platform video game developed by Nintendo EAD Tokyo and published by Nintendo for the Wii U. The game is a spin-off of the Mario series which builds upon a minigame originally featured in 2013's Super Mario 3D World, and supports Amiibo figurines. The game is scheduled for release in Q4 2014.
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker builds upon the Adventures of Captain Toad minigame within Super Mario 3D World, where the character and basic gameplay model had been first introduced. In the game, players control Captain Toad, who must safely navigate through various obstacles in order to reach a gold star at the end of each level.
In a move reminiscent of Super Mario Bros. 2, he is able to pull up plants by the roots which reveal either coins or turnips that can be thrown at enemies. He can also collect a pickaxe that, similar to the hammer found in Donkey Kong, briefly allows him the ability to clear out enemies and obstacle blocks. Captain Toad can be hit twice before dying, and can collect mushrooms to restore his health. As in Super Mario 3D World, Captain Toad is able to walk and run, but unable to jump.

Caesar IV is a city-building game set in ancient Rome, developed by Tilted Mill Entertainment. The game was released on September 26, 2006 in North America. The game features a three-dimensional game engine and individual modeling of game character behaviors.In a departure from older versions in the series, Caesar IV is equipped with variable, realistic 3D instead of fixed, isometric 3D. This means more realistic landscapes and city views, and the ability for players to better see and use game building space.
In addition, buildings and roads may be placed at 45 degree angles to the playing grid, as well as aligned with the grid, allowing game players more options in creating efficient and visually appealing city layouts.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is a first-person military science fiction video game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. The game is set to be released November 4, 2014.Advanced Warfare, like the other Call of Duty titles, is presented in a first-person shooter perspective. However, the game features several changes; unlike other installments, Advanced Warfare does not use a traditional heads-up display; instead, all information is relayed to the player via holographic projections from the weapon equipped. The general gun-play remains unchanged, apart from new mechanics, for example, certain guns will be able to recharge slowly, allowing the player to take cover and stay there for a certain period of time to gain ammo for the weapon. The player can also switch different types of grenades whilst holding one with the shoulder buttons. It includes Frag, Stun, EMP, Smart, Threat, etc.

Call of Duty: Black Ops
Call of Duty: Black Ops is a 2010 first-person shooter video game. It is the first to be set in the Cold War and the fifth to be set in World War II. It is the third in the series to be developed by Treyarch, and is connected to the developer's Call of Duty: World at War.Black Ops is a first-person shooter, retaining the same gameplay mechanics as previous Call of Duty titles. The player assumes the role of a foot soldier who can wield various firearms (only two of which can be carried at once), throw grenades and other explosives, and use other equipment as weapons. A player close enough to an enemy can kill with one knife blow. A character can take three stances: standing, crouching or prone. Each affects rate of movement, accuracy, and stealth. The player can drop to the prone stance from the standing stance while running, and can momentarily sprint before having to stop.
The screen glows red to indicate damage to a player's health, which regenerates over time. When the character is within the blast radius of a live grenade, an on-screen marker indicates where it is in relation to the player, helping the player to move away or to throw it back. Among the weapons new to the series in Black Ops are crossbows with bolts and explosive ammunition, Dragon's Breath rounds and ballistic knives.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is a 2013 first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward, with assistance from Raven Software, Neversoft and Certain Affinity. Published by Activision, it is the tenth primary installment in the Call of Duty series and the sixth developed by Infinity Ward. The video game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on November 5, 2013, with Treyarch handling the port for the Wii U.The game was released with the launch of next-generation consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. According to review score aggregator Metacritic, Ghosts received "mixed or average" reviews from critics, with most praising its multiplayer gameplay and introduction of the new game mode Extinction. Call of Duty: World at War
Call of Duty: World at War is a 2008 first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision Blizzard. It is generally considered to be the fifth mainstream game of the Call of Duty series and returns the setting to World War II. The game is based on an enhanced version of the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare game engine.
The narrative for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 versions focuses on the Pacific Theater and Eastern Front theaters of World War II, involving the United States, the Empire of Japan, the Soviet Union, and Nazi Germany. It is told from the perspectives of Marine Raider Private C. Miller, US Navy Petty Officer Locke and Red Army soldier Private Dimitri Petrenko, and is based on several historical battles. The multiplayer component of the game contains various game modes and a leveling system that allows the player to unlock additional weapons and rewards as they progress, similar to Call of Duty 4. The game also contains downloadable content called "map packs", which can be purchased online. A new feature to the series was the addition of a cooperative mode, which supports up to two players locally and four players online.

Candy Crush
The game is periodically updated, adding new "episodes" and playable levels; new levels are updated first on Facebook followed by Android & iPhone. Candy Crush Saga has "episodes" of 15 levels each (the first two "episodes" have only 10 levels). An update to the game in December 2013 added the "Dreamworld" levels, giving players the opportunity to replay older levels with a new mechanic, which is also periodically updated. As of August 2014 via Facebook, there are 650 regular levels and 365 levels on Dreamworld.

Carmaggedon

In Carmageddon, the player races a vehicle against a number of other computer controlled competitors in various settings, including city, mine and industrial areas. Chick Chick Boom
Chick Chick Boom is a single-player artillery game. The player commands a team of yellow-colored chicks and must use weaponry and defensive items to defeat the opposing team of black-colored chicks, led by a black Easter Bunny nicknamed the "Poster Bunny". To activate a weapon or defense item, the player needs to trace an image with a certain degree of accuracy for it to register and activate. Like Mission in Snowdriftland, Chick Chick Boom was scored by Fabian Del Priore.

Chocolatier
Chocolatier is a casual strategy video game with action game elements, developed by Big Splash Games and published by PlayFirst. Players assume the role of a young Chocolatier, who must navigate 14 cities around the globe while buying ingredients, manufacturing chocolates, and selling them to chocolate shops. Two modes of play are available: in story mode the player must rebuild an almost bankrupt chocolate empire and acquire 64 chocolate recipes from around the world; in free mode players start out with scant resources and must become successful chocolatiers.Chocolatier was the first game developed by Big Splash Games, a trio of experienced video game designers, who remained employees whilst developing a prototype game in their spare time. This prototype was rejected by publishers, but after coming up with the premise of Chocolatier the team was signed-up by PlayFirst and completed the title. The game received a mostly positive reception: reviewers enjoyed the action mini-game which is played when chocolates are manufactured, and the game's graphics, sound, and Victorian-era presentation.

Cities in Motion 2: Metro Madness
Galaxie Madressa: The Madressa might not be the quickest, but it has excellent fuel efficiency and a high capacity. This modern vehicle performs well on busy routes.Capitol Rocket: With extra wide seating the Rocket is superbly comfortable to ride. It's also sturdy and needs little maintenance. It doesn't consume a lot of energy, but it's not as fast as other trains. Comfort comes with a cost!
Arnauld Metropolis: The Metropolis, as the name states, is designed for big, bustling cities. It barely needs maintenance thanks to the solid build, and is very fuel efficient. All this combined with a high average speed means it is an excellent vehicle on busy inner city routes with passengers all day long.
Capitol EcoBoost: It may have an otherworldly appearance, but don't worry, it just the new EcoBoost made from recycled materials! The Capitol Factories wanted something brand new and eco-friendly, so they used recycled material to build an all new metro train model. The unique look is very attractive to passengers.
Crescenta FL9: The brand new model from the Crescenta factories, the FL9, is a future classic. It features a very comfortable ride for the passengers and an impressive carrying capacity. It lacks in speed but it makes up for it by carrying such a huge amount of people. It is at its best on congested inner city routes.

Cities of History can be classified as a TES, a Territorial Evolution Simulator. This means that a region under control by the player is formed and influenced by co-operation and progression. The game usually starts in a isolated environment - unless the player wishes to skip this period. This is the pre-Greek civilization Ch'aap. These first 500 years often serve as a chance for the player to get settled in the large world that is Locany. It may be very useful to gather, construct, and develop before the Greeks arrive in the 5th century BC. During the early days of colonization a group will travel to unexplored territories to found the first Home City, Antropolis. From here a city will develop, through the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, Industrial Revolution, United Locany, and ends in the year 2020. In the Modern Era, Locany will be at it's strongest, hopefully pointing out the player's success.

Cities XL
Cities XL (formerly Cities Unlimited) is a city-building computer game developed by Monte Cristo. The game allowed players to play online and interact with others on massive persistent planets, and to work together by trading resources or building blueprints in order to satisfy the needs of city inhabitants. However, on March 8, 2010 the online service was closed and the game became single-player only.Focus Home Interactive acquired the franchise in June 2010 and released Cities XL 2011 on October 14, 2010. The latest installment, Cities XL 2012, was announced in July 2011 and was released on October 20, 2011.
The game offers the designation of three types of building lots: residential, commercial and industrial, each of which can have a different density. Residential lots are furthermore distinguished by four social classes: unskilled workers, skilled workers, executives, and elites. Before designating building lots, players are required to select which class of residents may live there. The social class chosen for a lot will not be modified by the simulation.
To create building lots, players can zone an area of the map in which, upon confirmation, individual building lots will be created by the game. Players can also plop building lots individually. A Mass Placement Tool has been announced in previews allowing players to select tags that define what categories of buildings they want to see created when outlining an area of lots.

City Life
City Life is a city-building game that lets the player create a modern city. It is the first modern city-building game to allow the player to work in full 3D environment.
City Life allows players to zoom in and see every little bit of detail. The placement method allows buildings to be placed at an angle, as also seen in Sierra Games' Caesar IV.
More recently, the game has been criticized for lack of many detailed elements, such as weather, disasters, and more "in depth" user control.
City Life continues the very long tradition of city-building and construction and management games, that was originally started by Utopia from developer Don Daglow and Will Wright's SimCity series by allowing the player to customize their urban city's roads, buildings, finances, ordinances and much more. City Life utilizes a three dimensional game engine in displaying cities, and also includes the requirement to satisfy six different socioeconomic groups within the city, an essential part of gameplay. The six groups include the Elites, Suits, Radical Chics, Fringe, Blue collars and Have-Nots.Platform: PC

Civilization
Civilization is a turn-based single- or multiplayer strategy game. It has numerous different variations, and is one of my all-time favourite games.The player takes on the role of the ruler of a civilization, starting with only one settler unit and one warrior, and attempts to build an empire in competition with one to eleven other civilizations. The game requires a fair amount of micromanagement (although less than any of the simulation games).[4] Along with the larger tasks of exploration, warfare and diplomacy, the player has to make decisions about where to build new cities, which improvements or units to build in each city, which advances in knowledge should be sought (and at what rate), and how to transform the land surrounding the cities for maximum benefit. From time to time the player's towns may be harassed by barbarians, units with no specific nationality and no named leader. These threats only come from unclaimed land or sea, so that over time there are fewer and fewer places from which barbarians will emanate.

Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath
Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath is an expansion pack for the 2007 real-time strategy video game Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. The storyline campaign is set between the end of Tiberian Sun and the beginning of Tiberium Wars. It revolves around the seemingly immortal leader of the Brotherhood of Nod, Kane, and recounts his ascent to power after nearly escaping death in the year 2031, ending with Kane's taking over of Nod by 2047.
Kane's Wrath features a "Risk-like" gameplay doughnut called "Global Conquest", where players build and control their forces from a strategic, global level with the goal of either destroying all enemies or completing their side's alternate victory objective. Instead of the traditional Command & Conquer RTS gameplay, the mode uses a turn-based system where the player issues higher-level orders such as "build a base here" (to have the computer automatically build a base with preset structures) or "upgrade this base" (to have the computer automatically perform multiple structure upgrades on a base); the orders execute at the end of a turn and the other sides then get theirs. Combat in this mode occurs whenever two opposing forces collide on the world map; the battle can either be played traditionally (as a standard real-time C&C game) or be automatically resolved by the computer using the forces' relative strengths.

Crashday - PC
Crashday is a destruction derby/racing/car stunts game co-developed by Replay Studios, Moonbyte Games and published by Atari. It was released in February 2006.The game combines various styles of preceding racing games. Several modes are available, including several race variants, a Destruction Derby-like arena, various capture-the-flag variants, and stunt competition. The cars can be upgraded to have weapons, similar to those in Full Auto, with which to attack competitors in both race and arena modes.
The stunt mode involves the player driving around a purpose-built stunt track, performing flips, rolls and other stunts to receive points. The more combo stunts you perform, the more points you receive. The hold the flag mode contains a flag that should be driven through a number of randomly selected checkpoints. The flag can be stolen from another player by toughing his/her car. Race mode includes a mode whereby the last car on each lap is destroyed. There is also a race type called bomb run mode featuring a minimum speed that rises with each checkpoint to avoid a bomb being detonated, in reference to the movie Speed.

Crusader Kings Complete
Crusader Kings is a grand strategy game developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive in 2004. It is set in the time-period from December 26, 1066 until December 30, 1452. Unlike past Paradox titles (Hearts of Iron, Victoria: An Empire Under the Sun and the Europa Universalis series), Crusader Kings focuses on building a dynasty instead of a country, having similarities to role-playing video games. The lead game programmer was Johan Andersson. As with the other Paradox Interactive history games, Crusader Kings is considered a macro-management real-time strategy game (as moves are played out simultaneously and continuously) but typically involves far more planning than the fast-paced action that is usually associated with real-time strategy.Platforms: Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X

Crysis
Crysis is a first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek in their headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows and released in November 2007. It is the first game of a trilogy. A separate game entitled Crysis Warhead was released on September 16, 2008, and follows similar events as Crysis but from a different narrative perspective. At the time Crysis was released, and years thereafter, it has been praised for its milestones in graphical design.The game is based in a future where a massive ancient space alien-constructed structure has been discovered buried inside a mountain on an island in the fictional Lingshan Islands, near the coast of the East Philippines. The single-player campaign has the player assume the role of U.S. Army Delta Force soldier Jake Dunn, referred to in-game by his callsign, Nomad. Nomad is armed with various futuristic weapons and equipment, most notably a "Nanosuit" which was inspired by a real-life military concept. In Crysis, the player fights both North Korean and extraterrestrial enemies in various environments on and around the island.
